Using the website
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Products and prices
We take care to describe and display our products accurately, but colours, packaging and labels may vary slightly. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. We may change prices, and may correct errors, at any time before an order is confirmed. Products may be listed as "coming soon" and are not available to order until they are released.
Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when payment is received (for online payments) or when we accept it (for cash on delivery). We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount.
Payment
You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) or, where offered, pay cash on delivery. Online payments are subject to the terms of Razorpay and your bank. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the address you provide. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that your address and phone number are correct.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order from your account before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Keranad and Taste of Maliku names and logos, images, text and design, belongs to Keranad or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
